WearIt – Terms & Conditions

"Platform" means the WearIt mobile app and website.

"User" means any person using the Platform.

"Buyer" means a user purchasing an item.

"Seller" means a user listing and selling an item.

"Transaction" means the purchase of an item via the Platform.

"Authentication Hub" means WearIt's designated facilities in Dubai, UAE and Doha, Qatar.

You must be at least 18 years old.

You must have the legal capacity to enter binding contracts.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws in your country.

You must provide accurate registration details.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure.

We may suspend or terminate your account for any fraudulent or suspicious activity.

WearIt operates as an intermediary platform connecting buyers and sellers.

We do not take ownership of items listed until authentication is complete.

We may remove any listing or content that violates our policies.

List counterfeit, replica, stolen, or illegal items.

Upload false, misleading, or offensive content.

Circumvent the Platform by arranging off-platform sales.

Use WearIt for fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful purposes.

All items must pass AI-assisted authentication via Entrupy at our hubs.

If an item fails authentication, it will be returned to the seller at their cost and the sale cancelled.

Authentication fees are non-refundable once the process begins.

Sellers must provide accurate descriptions and images.

Sellers grant WearIt a license to use listing photos/content for marketing.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring they legally own the items listed.

Seller fee: 4% of the final sale price (to cover payment processing).

Buyer fee: Covers authentication and shipping, displayed at checkout.

Payments are held in escrow until authentication and buyer confirmation.

Sellers are paid within 7 business days after buyer confirmation, minus applicable fees.

Sellers must ship items to the nearest WearIt authentication hub.

Buyers pay shipping costs from the hub to their address (unless otherwise stated).

We are not responsible for courier delays, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

Full refund of the purchase price.

Reimbursement of authentication fees.

Buyers are responsible for paying any VAT, customs duties, or import taxes unless otherwise stated.

Sellers are responsible for any taxes arising from sales proceeds.

The Platform, logo, design, and content are owned by WearIt.

Users retain copyright of their photos but grant WearIt a royalty-free license to use them for marketing.

Users may post reviews, ratings, and photos.

We may remove any content that is false, harmful, or abusive.

You breach these Terms.

You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.

You attempt to sell counterfeit goods.

All communication between Buyers and Sellers must take place within the WearIt Platform (in-app chat or official support channels).

Any attempt to negotiate, communicate, or complete a transaction outside of the Platform is a violation of these Terms.

WearIt will not be responsible for, and cannot assist with, any disputes, fraud, or claims arising from off-platform communications or transactions.

Users who attempt to bypass the Platform (e.g., sharing phone numbers, emails, social media handles, or arranging direct payments) may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated.

Your misuse of the Platform.

Your sale of counterfeit or stolen items.

Your violation of these Terms.

WearIt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability in any claim is limited to the total fees you paid to us in the 3 months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [UAE or chosen jurisdiction].

Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration at [Dubai International Arbitration Centre / Qatar International Court], in English and/or Arabic.
